The form on the Contact page sends your message to our server, which immediately forwards it, over an encrypted connection, to our mailbox, without keeping a copy. Without JavaScript, or if sending fails, it prepares an email in your own mail app instead.

Full name, email address, subject and message; organisation and telephone if you provide them.

Purpose

To answer your request: demonstration, information or question.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Law No. 18-07, Article 7). You may withdraw it at any time by writing to our data protection officer.

The YMS INNOVTECH team in charge of requests.

Transmission

The message goes through the website's server, which immediately forwards it, over an encrypted connection, to our mailbox; the server keeps no copy.

Abuse prevention

Your IP address is reduced to a fingerprint, renewed every day and kept in memory only; the form log contains no IP address. The anti-bot check sets no cookie.

Retention period

12 months after our last exchange.

Transfer outside Algeria

The receiving mailbox is hosted outside Algeria (France): this transfer is governed by Articles 44 and 45 of Law No. 18-07.

Your address is only used to reply to you: no marketing, no newsletter.

Like any web server, the one hosting this site keeps a log of the requests it receives.

Data

IP address, date and time, page requested, response code and response size. Neither the browser used nor the referring page is recorded.

Purpose

To keep the site secure and working properly.

You have the right to access, rectify and object to the data concerning you (Law No. 18-07, Articles 34 to 36).
