YMS INNOVTECH, an Algerian software publisher, presents two separate projects: MARSADJS, for wilaya youth and sports directorates, and Citilia, for municipalities.

We design and develop the platform: web and mobile, French and Arabic, security by design.

We put it into service, then evolve it with the people who use it.

PROJECT 01 · YOUTH AND SPORTS DIRECTORATES
The platform for wilaya youth and sports directorates.
The DJS receives files from the organisations in its wilaya, reviews them, decides, and tracks all of its activity from its dashboard.
A file, from submission to decision
At the DJS, every file follows the same path, and every step is dated.
The organisation submits
A club, an association or a facility manager submits its file, with the documents from its vault.
Status : Submitted
The DJS officer checks
Takes charge of the file, checks the documents and requests additional information if needed.
Status : Being checked
The relevant department reviews
The file is routed to the right department of the directorate, which reviews it.
Status : Under review
The director decides
The decision is dated, and the organisation is informed of it.
Status : Decided
